IV. OPERATIONS, DOCUMENTATION & SUPPORT

All too often systems integrators and solution providers consider their jobs done when the solution is implemented. But at DaVinciTek we have a different perspective. We offer continuing services to ensure that the solutions we deliver not only meet you're your business requirements and operational expectations on the day of sign-off, but continue to do so long into the future. To this end, as part of this phase, we develop detailed as-built solution configuration diagrams and deliver full documentation for all policies, procedures, and controls associated with the solution. Included are change management procedures that facilitate implementation of any solution modifications or enhancements required to meet today's rapidly changing business needs.

During this final phase, DaVinciTek also imports all serial numbers and licensing information into our automated Intelligent Help Desk and Asset Management System, as required, to establish a channel for first level support. We can then act as an effective interface with vendors to streamline these procedures for you as we continue to deliver top-notch support services from problem identification to isolation through satisfactory resolution. Our aggressive escalation procedures always ensure you receive expedited service.

DaVinciTek also provides full maintenance services for the solutions we implement and continually evaluates the solutions to ensure that they consistently meet best practices in your industry as technology evolves. If not, we make appropriate recommendations regarding changes that are necessary to leverage your existing infrastructure to further optimize performance and ensure continued operations.
