PHASE III. INSTALLATION & VALIDATION

Whether you have relied on DaVinciTek for completing your IT assessment and solution development and architecture reports, or have established these results elsewhere, we offer a full range of installation, implementation & validation services.

Functioning as your project manager, we begin our installations by helping you decide which of the available solution alternatives will be the best choice from the perspective of cost, performance, operational advantages, and business goals. Once this decision is made, we proceed with developing a very detailed project plan that specifies the internal and external resources required for the implementation effort, provides vendor contacts, and identifies all members of the installation team, along with their contact information. The plan also details project milestones, deliverables, and schedules—summarizing exactly who will do what and when; from ordering equipment, to chairing and attending meetings, and on to receiving, unpacking, and configuring, testing, and turning on all solution elements.

With this detailed plan in hand, we then proceed with the solution implementation by coordinating all resources to ensure project milestones and schedules are met. Throughout, we provide regular, detailed status reports to management and staff until installation is complete, validation is accepted and sign-off achieved.
