You must be familiar with DaVinciTek's solution offerings and the regional information technology sales environment. A Bachelor's Degree, 5 years sales management, and 12+ years direct sales experience are required.

A DaVinciTek Senior Territory Manager is responsible for managing and assisting a team of Account Managers and Sales Representatives responsible for identifying, qualifying and developing new client relationships, along with growing and servicing existing clients. You must demonstrate solution sales creativity and the ability to motivate your team to achieve aggressive sales objectives. You will need to quickly achieve a thorough knowledge of DaVinciTek's solution offerings, support services and corporate policies. You must also possess and demonstrate significant technical knowledge with regard to today's server, storage and network infrastructures. A Bachelor's Degree, 2-3 years of sales management and 7+ years direct sales experience are required.

You will be a presales resource working closely with sales, as well as the primary project manager for post-sales delivery on customer engagements. You must be a subject matter expert in two or more of the following solution areas (Business Continuity, High Availability, Information Security, Compliance, Systems & Storage Management, Information Lifecycle Management, Backup and Recovery, Database, Networking, Operating Systems and/or Storage) and must be able to oversee complex projects from design through delivery. Polished presentation, documentation, and solution selling skills are a must. A Bachelors degree and 10+ years information technology experience are required; professional certifications is a plus.
