DaVinciTek is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager that is energized by identifying top tier candidates. We need an A-player to strengthen client relationships and build a consistent network of candidates. We need you if you are serious but fun, enjoy attending networking events, live for social media and can identify/uncover passive talent.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at DaVinciTek, you will do the following:
•Place a premium on in-person interaction
•Develop, maintain, cultivate and share a network of high value clients and candidates
•Aggressively use social media to expand the visibility of DaVinciTek
•Collaborative with other TAMs and Sales Team to provide exemplary service to clients
•Create effective recruiting strategies to deliver top end talent to our clients
•Attend networking and tech events and market the DaVinciTek brand
•Execute all facets of our proven talent acquisition process and strategy
The qualifications and attributes we seek:
•Must have a BA/BS (or a good reason why you don’t… we’re looking for intelligent people)
•Have at least 5 years of agency recruiting, staffing, talent management or IT experience
•Have a passion for networking and building long-term relationships
•Eager to build a career, not just find a job
•Have a fascination or love of communicating with people
•Are resourceful; you don’t let obstacles get in the way, but find ways to traverse them.
•You think outside the box and love to come up with creative ways to recruit individuals
•You crave success, drive to be the best, and are motivated
